Our Story

Just Dynamics Software Solutions (Pty) Ltd is a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner that has been providing business solutions since 1987. In 1998, we became the first reseller of Navision (now Dynamics 365 Business Central) in South Africa.

Over the intervening years we’ve successfully established relationships with a number of prime international Independent Software Vendor (ISV) Partners, allowing us to extend our solution offerings, to provide world-class ERP solutions to companies of varying sizes.

Product Sales

Just Dynamics is a Microsoft Dynamics value added reseller (VAR) and Cloud Services Provider (CSP). We are therefore authorised to sell the associated licenses to clients, in addition to managing the ongoing enhancement plan or subscription billing process between clients and the supplier.



Project Management

Planning and Control is essential to ensure implementation success. Just Dynamics has adopted the recommended implementation methodology from Microsoft, and thus ensures that both our teams and yours are established, aligned and governed by project management principles.



Requirements Analysis

Before implementing a solution, it’s essential for us to understand and evaluate your requirements. There are often multiple solutions or approaches that can be adopted. Upfront analysis allows us to understand your processes, in order to determine the most appropriate solution for your needs.



Solution Design

Once we’ve had the opportunity to understand your requirements, our team will determine the best strategy for you. Once you’ve reviewed and approved it, we’ll launch its implementation.



Product Configuration

The majority of clients’ needs can be handled by the standard solutions we offer. Our consultants will configure them in such a way as to meet your specific requirements.



Customisation

Should we encounter gaps along the way that isn’t covered by the standard solution, our team can customise or tailor the solution for you.

Data migration

As with most implementation projects, clients can’t afford to lose their history. Have no fear, as we will determine the best approach for data migration into the new system.



Training

There’s no point in moving your company in this exciting new direction if your staff is going to feel lost and nervous. Each implementation requires that your end-users are well trained, to bring them entirely up to speed.

Contact Centre Support

We have a dedicated Contact Centre for clients that are on a Support Services Agreement (Gold, Silver, Bronze or Tailored). Should one of our standard plans not be suitable, we’ll work with you to tailor a support plan suitable for your business. Extended support hours are available as part of our offering.
