We are looking for two Assistant Consultants (Intermediate and Senior) to join our Support Team. The candidates we are looking for should be hungry for knowledge and growth. This is a great opportunity for someone who is motivated and a self-starter, can handle pressure and is wanting to build their career in providing business solutions using Dynamics 365 Business Central and LS Central. The candidate should be a problem solver, stive for excellence, and be willing to learn.

Reporting to the Service Delivery Manager, the Senior Assistant Consultant role is to take on a more Senior role within our Support Team providing support, mentorship, performing Essentials Implementations, installation and roll out services for our customers while gaining valuable experience through exposure to project implementations and engagement with Customers, Developers and Application Consultants.

Minimum criteria:

•  Minimum 3 years experience supporting and working with D365 Business Central or Microsoft Dynamics NAV
•  Knowledge of accounting – preferably a BCOM, B.IT or related degree or diploma
• Strong Microsoft Office skills: Excel, Word and Outlook
• ERP Implementation or support experience
• MB-800 Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant Certification


•  Experience working with or supporting LS Central an advantage
•  Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle
•  Understanding of business processes
•  Knowledge of the operating system/s and a basic understanding of hardware
•  Understanding of the support tools (e.g. CRM, RDP)
•  A broad knowledge and interest in IT and Finance
•  Industry experience in either Retail or Manufacturing and advantage 
•  SQL Skills and advantage
